This Privacy Policy applies to the internal automation application Minhas Accounting Automation, operated by Minhas Accounting Practice, accessible at https://apps.minhas.au. This application uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authorise secure, automated internal workflows powered by n8n.
This application is for internal business use only and is not a public-facing consumer product.
2. Information We Access
When authorised by an internal user, this application may access the following Google account data solely to perform internal accounting workflows:
Gmail — to send and receive business-related emails as part of automated processes
Google Drive — to read, create, and manage internal accounting documents and files
Google Sheets — to read and update spreadsheet data used in reporting and reconciliation
Google Calendar — to schedule and manage internal appointments where applicable
Google Contacts — to access contact information required for workflow automation
3. How We Use This Information
All data accessed through Google APIs is used exclusively for:
Automating internal accounting and administrative tasks
Synchronising data between authorised internal business tools
Generating internal reports and processing client documents on behalf of Minhas Accounting Practice
We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to our internal accounting operations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose any Google user data to third parties. Data accessed via Google APIs is only processed within our internal systems and authorised workflow tools (n8n, self-hosted on our own infrastructure).
5. Data Storage and Security
All automation workflows are self-hosted on our own secured infrastructure located in Australia
Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and are never shared externally
We follow industry-standard security practices to protect all data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure
Data accessed via Google APIs is not stored beyond what is operationally necessary
6. Google API Scopes — Limited Use Disclosure
Our use of data obtained via Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
We only request access to data that is necessary for the workflow being performed
We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalised AI or ML models
We do not allow humans to read user data unless required to fix a specific technical issue, with the user's explicit consent, or as required by law

Request details of what data is being accessed
Revoke application access via their Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com
Request deletion of any stored credentials or data
